Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nails by Simran Sachdev is operated by Sagar Sachdev. We are committed to providing high-quality handmade press-on nails. As each product is custom-made and prepared specifically for the customer, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before production of the nail set has begun.

• Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled as the product is custom-made.

• If an order is cancelled before production begins, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Returns

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and hygienic nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns on delivered press-on nail sets.

• All sales are considered final unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Size Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The nail set must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

• Customized or personalized nail sets may not be eligible for size exchange.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your Order ID.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

• A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

• The order is cancelled before production begins.

• A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is verified and a replacement is unavailable.

• We are unable to fulfil your order.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made press-on nail sets.

• Personalized nail designs.

• Used or worn products.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

• Products returned without prior approval.
